The TypeParis evening Talks (in english) open its doors at 19:00 at le Tank, Paris.
Each Wednesday: two speakers + one facilitator
This is a free event but the venue is limited to 130 people. After this limit, you will be added to the waiting list, and your entry will not be fully guaranteed. Our Talks will be given in English (by our international guests speakers) as they will be livestream. Meanwhile, as the #tptalks16 are organized in Paris, France, most of attendees will be Parisians. Le Français sera largement employé par les participants lors de l’inscription et des échanges nombreux durant la soirée.

Martina Flor combines her talents as both a designer and an illustrator in the drawing of letters. She grew up in Buenos Aires and studied in Spain and the Netherlands. Based now in Berlin, she works with a focus on type, lettering and illustration for clients all over the world.
Pierre di Sciullo
Pierre di Sciullo was born in Paris in 1961. In 1983 he published “Qui? Résiste”, an experimental publication where he investigates typography as a medium through writing and drawing. In 1995 he designed Amanar, a typeface that allows the Tuareg to set text for print and screen in their traditional writing system. He has taught in design schools, both in France and abroad, since 1987. He has left his mark on Paris, working on such projects as the Centre National de la Danse in Pantin, the T for Nice trams, the facade of the Champollion museum in Figeac, etc.
Geoffrey Dorne studied digital & graphic design and graduated from Ensad in 2009. He is a design thinker and founded his own independant design company. Design & Human is a design firm with a human basis approach, to help conceiving interfaces, products, services, identities and, in general, any kind of contemporary forms expression. Design & Human helps NGOs, companies, start-ups, associations and the public sector to innovate through a radical vision, both ethical and human.
