Sandrine Nugue is an independent type & graphic designer based in France. She divides her time between her type design and graphic design practice, and while also lecturing and teaching workshops in France and abroad. In 2015, she designed a free type family named Infini, the first public commission by The Centre National des Arts Plastiques. She designs typefaces and lettering for signage, visual identity, publication commissions, etc. Her type families are released by 205TF (Injurial) and by Commercial Type (Orientation, Moulin). Some of her typefaces (Infini-2015, Orientation-2018, Orée-2019) received the Certificate of Excellence in Type Design of Type Directors Club of New York. In 2018, she was awarded a prize as young designer by the city of Paris. The same year, she organized a dance performance on the Piazza at the Centre Pompidou with Fotokino. Since 2022, she began a project research based on dance scores archived in Opéra Garnier.

After 10 years in Paris, we reinvent our type design programme. We go from 6 weeks to 3 weeks, while maintaining the fundamentals that make TypeParis’ reputation.
The course will take place in Menorca, Spain for the first time. In 2027, we offer two levels, Foundation and Expert, which allows you to discover type design, or to gain expertise after an initial training.
