Spassky Fischer is a graphic design studio founded in 2014 by Hugo Anglade, Thomas Petitjean and Antoine Stevenot. Later joined by the photographer Julia Andréone and Manon Bruet. Combining graphic design, art direction and photography, Spassky Fischer works mainly in the artistic and cultural fields. The studio handle the whole communication and identity of the MAC VAL museum (Musée d’art contemporain du Val-de-Marne) and the Mucem (Musée des civilisations de l’Europe et de la Méditerranée) in Marseille. The studio has also worked on a number of exhibition catalogs: Paris Museum of Modern Art, the Jeu de Paume, the Musée d’Orsay, the Flammarion editions, and Hatje Cantz has well communication and the scenography of the Sigma exhibition presented at CAPC (Bordeaux). Spassky Fischer’s work has been published in numerous publications such as Idea (JP), Graphic (KR), Idpure (CH), Slanted (DE), Steps (FR). Awards include Best Book Design of the World international competition, Best French Books Contest, French Poster Selection and the Chaumont Graphic Design Festival International Poster Contest. Exhibition in Colomiers White Art Center Pavilion, the Kunsthalle Bern (CH), the Qompendium Gallery (Berlin, DE), the National Library of France, the Pompidou Center, the Strelka Institute (Moscow, UK), Ministry of Culture and Communication, Chaumont International Graphics Center, Gray Gardens (Melbourne, AU), Matador (Madrid, ES).
